5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Wagering Requirements

Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on 7cbd. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 7cbd from time to time. 7cbd reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts if unusual or potentially harmful betting patterns are detected.
Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, 7cbd will investigate the incident and reserves the right to void the affected bet or restore the balance to its pre-game state. 7cbd is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors caused by the Player's own device, browser, or internet connection.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void by 7cbd in cases including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled, suspended, or abandoned; clear pricing errors on sports markets; technical faults affecting bet settlement. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cbd platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Prohibited Actions Include:
- Opening more than one account on 7cbd (duplicate accounts).
- Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

7cbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or other players. In the event of suspension pending investigation, 7cbd will freeze the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.
Closure by the Player
You may request to close your 7cbd account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are satisfied. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10. Intellectual Property
