Dosing Guide

There isn’t a ‘one-size fits all’ approach with CBD, it does take some trial and error to start. We recommend starting low with 2/3 drops first thing and with dinner for the first 7 days then increase by 3 drops if needed, repeat this every 7 days. You can also add another dose around 12pm if you feel it’s needed.

Note down key areas and mark how they feel out of 10 before dosing and around 50 minutes after to help you figure your unique dosage.
